An established patient visit is for a patient who has been in within the past six months and wishes to receive treatment on the same area(s) as their previous visit. An established patient visit does not include an evaluation over a new injury. Please Note: Occasionally your selected time slot will book up during the day and this will not be reflected online. If this occurs our office staff will reach out to you as soon as possible!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice when possible.
